Il faut donc :<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; privil\u00e9gier les prises fractionn\u00e9es toutes les 15 minutes (150 ml par prise soit environ 2 gorg\u00e9es), et,<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211; bien s\u2019hydrater d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but vu que l\u2019insuffisance d\u2019hydratation compromet l\u2019assimilation des boissons et des aliments pendant l\u2019effort. <br \/>Une perte de 1 % de son poids en eau implique une baisse de 10 % de ses capacit\u00e9s physiques !<\/p><p>Les quantit\u00e9s sont \u00e0 adapter en fonction de chaque personne (taille, poids) et des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o (chaleur, froid, vent, \u2026)<\/p><p>La meilleure hydratation reste l\u2019eau mais le sodium et le glucose am\u00e9liorent son assimilation d\u2019o\u00f9 les boissons dites isotoniques ou hypotoniques. Attention cependant \u00e0 ne pas boire que des boissons de l\u2019effort. Vous devrez avoir une grande r\u00e9serve \/ quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau pure et en moindre quantit\u00e9 dans un bidon s\u00e9par\u00e9 votre boisson de l\u2019effort.<\/p><p>Quelle boisson de l\u2019effort choisir : \u00e0 vous de trouver celle qui vous conviendra le mieux au niveau gout, digestion, \u2026., ou m\u00eame la faire maison (des tas de recettes existent sur le net)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9c886a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f9c886a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2- Alimentation :<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ef55a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ef55a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Votre corps va rapidement bruler vos r\u00e9serves de glycog\u00e8nes qui est votre carburant principal. Au bout d\u2019environ 60\u00a0 \u00e0 90 minutes d\u2019effort (selon les personnes, conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o, \u2026), vos r\u00e9serves seront vides.
